🙏Fish Pose: stretches the Psoas and intercostals while strengthening the upper back and neck. Quad set your legs while actively moving your torso. Breathe out on the stretch.
🙏Reclining Hand to Big Toe Pose: stretch your hamstrings while strengthening your abs. Quad set your stationary leg while engaging the quads on the moving leg to really stretch the back of the leg🙏Adding the bended knee moves the stretch closer to the tendons near your glutes where most pulls and strains occur.
⛷Do this in the morning before you get up or when you go to bed at night.
⛷Hold each pose for 2s and repeat at least 10x
