Abs & Inversions
Abs & Inversions is a high intensity, low impact functional core training class using body weight as resistance.
This class is intended to strengthen the core in various ways, achieving deep core strength as well as core stability and stamina. Our certified instructors offer assistance if you desire to go upside down. Headstands, handstands and forearm stands are shown with correct alignment and form, with the option to try them out for yourself towards the end of class.

STRONG By Zumba
In STRONG By Zumba you push yourself beyond your plateaus to achieve overall body transformation.
Workout driven - every squat, lunge, and high knee is driven by the music, like Zumba, but without the dancing. Ideal for hitting your ultimate fitness goals!
Music is reverse engineered to match every move, including fast-paced rhythms like EDM & Hip Hop.
The moves are similar to HIIT, only using body weight exercises.
11:11 The Practice by Tara Jae
An urban yoga methodology that uses palindromes to create unique power yoga sequences. This music driven power vinyasa flow combines 11 primary yoga poses, secondary poses, cardio bursts and chakra clearing movement using palindrome sequencing. We create the sequence, then we flip it and reverse it.
11:11 Novice is the beginner 11:11 class. This class is taught like our signature 11:11 format but in a slower, modified way. This class will take you through the 11 primary poses with modifications and repetition allowing the student to truly understand the movement and sink into the postures. We then move through a slower cardio segment that removes the jumping aspect but will still get you working! As always, class will fire up the core, bring awareness to the seven chakras, and work through 11 sun salutations all done to upbeat music and with positive intention.
11:11 The Practice Osmosis is a power FLOW version of 11:11 The Practice by Tara Jae. This class is an hour long taught in palindrome sequences.
Gooey movement connecting our 11 primary poses with contract + release variations and creative sequences. 11 sun salutation flows done differently than our standard 11:11 variations with added movement. Palindrome sequencing with full body release techniques that work your body and vibe through your soul.
